Pride and Prejudice

Today, I got to watch Pride and Prejudice, the movie with Kiera Knightly and written by Jane Austen.  Typically, I wouldn't call myself a romance fanatic at all but I loved this movie.  Originally, I thought I'd watch it because I'm reading the novel for my AP Lit 12 class at school and I enjoyed reading the few chapters but I didn't expect too much from the movie to be honest   Especially since my mom had told me that she had gone to the premier and said it was only okay and really cheesy.  Granted, I guess you could say it was a bit cheesy for this day and age but it wasn't written in this day and age!  I loved every minute!  I don't question the fact that it's a timeless classical and never will!

My first post!

Hi, my dream is to be an author one day.  I'm in love

with reading and writing.  I'm starting this blog as my own online diary.  This blog is going to be similar to me as Facebook would be to others.  I've never been in to the whole Facebook thing.  This way I can post and say whatever I want and not call it "status" or get in to drama about my relationship status (well, I guess I wouldn't anyways, as I have no relationship to get in to drama about but nonetheless .  I plan to use this blog to rant, to journal, and to do just whatever I want to do with it because I can.  If anyone views my blog and wants to comment feel free to do so and I actually invite people to comment and I will reply (probably).
